Now what does a man serving some of the best burgers in Melbourne in the 21st century do with a rocking, but our dated food stuff? He turns it in a burger, adds a Argentinean salsa and Bob’s your uncle Mary – jazz hands – The Mallard Mushroom and Walnut Burger is born!
