Salmon Teriyaki - Inspired from my trip to Japan in Osaka where most of the food is served raw (sashimi / sushi), but this one being cooked. Using local produced with a western execution.

Tuna nicoise - French composed salad made of cooked potatoes, olives, tomatoes, green beans, capsicum, Spanish onion tossed with olive oil and vinegar. It is served with a grill tuna steak
