Sydney's love affair with fried chicken has gotten so serious that we’ve decided it was time to throw Sydney’s first ever fried chicken festival! Curated by Cake Wines and held at their Redfern Cellar Door, alongside Sydney food writer, DJ and podcast host Andrew Levins, Birds of Redfern is a celebration of Sydney’s best fried chicken matched to Cake Wines, and brings together four of this city’s most skilled and acclaimed chicken fryers including Harts Yard, The Gladstone, The Mitchen (Mitch Orr - Acme / Andrew Levins - The Dip) and Moon Park.
