Wine matched with some of the best cheeses ever tasted in Redfern. Presented by Cake Wines (unfortunately not Peter Russell Clarke), Where's the Cheese is a new monthly cheese and wine matching night we're happening down at the Cellar Door. The last one accidentally sold out, this time will be same, with a focus on Cabernet and the cheeses that match best. There will be an aged gruyère, a cloth bound cheddar and a parmigiano reggiano. For a small fee on the door, $10, and you will be able to taste a range of cheeses. Wine will be sold separately at usual Cellar Door prices.
