The Quarry is small hotel, on big lygon street. All meals are prepared fresh by the chef on premise, who himself has been a chef for over 40 years. Angelo doesn’t cook for the accolades or the recognition, he does so for the love of cooking the right way, no the easy way. He has instilled that passion and steadfast attitude in work ethic and customer service to his son Michael, who himself cook and owner has been in the industry for over 22 years.
