Dish Inspiration

Although there was no real inspiration for the dishes, we try and make dishes that combine ingredients from the many chefs and where they are from. Our owner is Israeli, the head chef is from New Zealand and our sous chef is from Nepal. So our dishes are likened to Mediterranean food with sub-continental & New Zealand/Australian influences.
