Dish Inspiration

July for us is all about France as we celebrate the Australian premier of Cameron Mackintosh's acclaimed new production - Les Miserables and of course Bastille day on the 14th. Classic French dishes with a modern twist...Philippa actually spent many years in France honing not only her cooking skills but her fluency in the ‘language of love'. Join us as Winter starts to really settle in - this is a menu that we have been planning for months "Liberté, égalité, fraternité!"
