Head Chef Rob Cannon delivers seasonal menu’s focusing on local produce sourced from regional suppliers as close to home as possible. The menu caters for everything from a light meal with delicate flavours to a Dry Aged Rib Eye on the bone. The Argentinean style grill burns iron bark and 100% natural Firebrand BBQ charcoal for optimum grilling temperature and a natural smoke flavour.
