Pinot Noir
2019 Adelaide Hills
Winemaker - Sarah Burvill
From the warm days and chilly nights of Patch of grapes producing more savoury fruit, to the coolest part of the hills in Woods Hill producing elegant tannins and bright red fruit, it’s the collision of both parcels that gives this wine it’s edge.
Nose - Violet, caraway, cinnamon, black cherry and vanilla
Palate - Quite a mix of characters having combined two very different blocks. Primary fruit characters: Bright cherry, strawberry and rhubarb. Secondary savoury characters: tobacco, dark chocolate, coffee bean.
